Real Estate Data Sources

NeighborhoodGuru aggregates publicly available real estate and economic data from the following sources to power our analytics:

• Zillow Research (ZHVI and ZORI indices)
• U.S. Census Bureau (American Community Survey)
• Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED)
• Redfin Data Center
• OpenStreetMap / Nominatim (geocoding and neighborhood data)

Important: We aggregate publicly available real estate market data for analytical purposes. We do not collect, store, or display personal property records, ownership information, or any data tied to individual property owners.

Cookies

NeighborhoodGuru uses essential cookies only. These cookies are required for authentication and maintaining your session. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or any non-essential cookies. Essential cookies are automatically managed by our authentication provider (Clerk) and cannot be disabled without losing access to the platform.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. If you choose to close your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days of account closure. Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained for analytical purposes.

Your Privacy Rights (CCPA / GDPR)
